Free shipping for Australian orders over $150.00
$10.00 for orders under $150 within Australia 
Australia Express: $12.50
International: $30.00

Domestic:

For Australian orders please allow 3-7 business days to receive your goods.  A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods.  

International:

We ship Internationally via Australia Post International or DHL Express.
For standard International Post please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel & 5-7 days for Express.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods. Shipping does NOT require Signature on Delivery, so please ensure all delivery premises are secure. 

Returns and Exchanges

All products sold are non-refundable. We are more than happy to EXCHANGE any unworn garments for another size, style or colour however claims must be filed by email within 7 days after the inspection of goods.

    • Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner still attached, and all tags must be left in place.
    • We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
    • A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your replacement has been shipped.
    • We only accept returns and exchanges if we have first been notified by email and you have received a reply.
    • Only products deemed by us to be faulty are eligible for refund.  
Remember, all claims must be lodged via email within 7 days of receiving the goods . Items must be in original condition and must not show signs of wear, been altered or washed. The product must also be in original packaging with all tags still attached. Please note, claims regarding exchanges or returns may require up to 7 business days for processing.


If returning swimwear, the hygiene liner must not be removed or altered, otherwise it will not be accepted.  For this reason it is advised that you try garments on responsibly prior to removing any tags or hygiene liner.

We will not accept the return or exchange of any sale item.

Karameleon Australia is not accountable for the loss of products being returned; therefore, we recommend using Registered Australia Post or Registered International Post when returning items and holding onto your tracking number.
